Jean-Baptiste Edmond Fleuriot-Lescot (* 1761 in Brussels , † July 28, 1794 in Paris ) was a French revolutionary . From May 10, 1794 until his death, d. H. at the height of the reign of terror , he was mayor of Paris . As Maximilien Robespierre on 9 Thermidor II ( 27. July 1794 ) by the National Convention arrested and later outlawed declared, organized Fleuriot with François Hanriot and other supporters of Robespierre was a rebellion against the National Convention, which only insufficient support of the Paris sections and failed.
