Jean-Baptiste Vivien de Châteaubrun
Jean-Baptiste Vivien de Châteaubrun (* 1686 in Angoulême , Département Charente , † February 16, 1775 ibid) was a French playwright.
De Châteaubrun was accepted into the Académie française in 1755 as the successor to the writer Charles de Secondat, Baron de Montesquieu (Fauteuil 2). After his death on February 16, 1775, the Academy elected François-Jean de Chastellux as his successor that same year .
