biography
Jean-Louis Roubira works as a child psychologist in a hospital in Poitiers and developed the game Dixit in 2008 , which was published by the French game publisher Libellud . He worked with the illustrator Marie Cardouat , who developed the 84 different hand-sized cards. The game was distributed internationally, in German-speaking countries the Asmodée publisher took over and received numerous national and international awards, including the game of the year 2010, the As d'Or - Jeu de l'Année 2009, the award from Games Magazine as best new party game 2010, the Juego del Año in Spain 2009, the Lys d'or 2009 from Quebec and the Belgian Joker 2009.
