Jean-Philippe Saint-Geours

Jean-Philippe Saint-Geours (born July 31, 1947 ) was a French civil servant and entrepreneur.

Born as the son of Jean Saint-Geours, who is the older brother of Frédéric and Yves Saint-Geours, Jean-Philippe Saint-Geours first studied law and then graduated from the IEP Paris and later from the French administration college ENA .

He first entered the civil service and became a civil servant in the Ministry of Economy and Finance. In the 1970s he took part in the drafting of François Mitterrand's economic program when he was a candidate for the presidency. From 1981 he was a member of the cabinet of Prime Minister Pierre Mauroy . a. entrusted with the organization of the 1989 World Exhibition, which was canceled. From 1983 to 1989 he was General Director of the Opéra de Paris .

In 1989 he switched to the private sector: Maurice Lévy made him head of the “Médias et Régies” branch of Publicis . He later switched to executive personnel consulting and held various management positions at Heidrick & Struggles. In addition, he became a partner and managing director of "Leaders Trust International". In 2010 he was elected chairman of "ENA Entreprise".

Jean-Philippe Saint-Geours is co-founder of the executive agency Altopartners, was its president from 2009 to 2014 and has since retired.
