Norwood Hallowell
Norwood Hallowell ( Norwood Penrose "Pen" Hallowell, III; * 2. November 1909 in Milton , Massachusetts ; † 28. March 1979 in Andover , Massachusetts) was an American middle-distance runner , which refers to the meter distance in 1500 had dedicated .
