Jean Cochard

Jean Cochard (born March 27, 1939 in Brest ) is a former French long jumper .

In the Mediterranean Games in 1963 he won silver, and at the 1964 Olympic Games in Tokyo, he finished fifth.

In 1966, a fifth place at the European Indoor Games in Dortmund was followed by a bronze medal at the European Athletics Championships in Budapest .

At the 1968 Olympic Games in Mexico City, he was eliminated from qualification.

In 1964 and 1965 he was French champion.
