Geoffrey "Jeff" Madrigali (born May 8, 1956 in Walnut Creek ) is a former American sailor .

Jeff Madrigali, the member of The San Francisco Yacht Club is, participated in the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta as a skipper with Jim Barton and Kent Massey as crew members of the US boat the Soling class part. After ten races in the Fleet Race , they qualified with 36 points in second place directly for the semi-finals, which, like the rest of the final round, was held in the Match Race . They lost 3-0 to the Russian boat there, but defeated the British boat 3-1 in the duel for third place, with which Madrigali, Massey and Barton won the bronze medal. Two years earlier, the crew in Helsinki had also secured bronze at the World Championships . At the Olympic Games in Sydney in 2000 Madrigali was once again active as a skipper in the Soling class, but this time did not get past the first round of the match race, so the crew finished the regatta in ninth place. In the same year Madrigali became world champion in Soling in Murcia and was also part of the America True team at the Louis Vuitton Cup . In 1995, 1998 and 1999 Madrigali won the US championships in Soling and was also North American champion in 1995.
