Jekaterina Wiktorowna Baranok ( Russian Екатерина Викторовна Баранок , born July 1, 1992 in Omsk ) is a Russian short tracker .

In the 2010/11 season she made her debut in the World Cup and took part in all six World Cup events. Her best result in an individual race was a semi-final over 1500 m. In Courmayeur she then played her first Junior World Championship and was able to reach the semifinals there over 1500 m and with the relay. In the following season 2011/12 she was able to move into the World Cup over 1500 m in three semi-finals. However, Baranok celebrated her greatest success with third place in the relay at the World Cup in Salt Lake City , making her the first time on the podium in a World Cup race. At the European Championships in Mladá Boleslav , she reached the semi-finals with the relay.

In December 2010, Baranok won their first national title.
