Jelena Poljakova-Všivtseva (born December 13, 1972 in Narva ) is a former Estonian biathlete .

Jelena Poljakova-Všivtseva started for Kalev Narva . It was internationally active especially in the 1992/93 and 1993/94 seasons . Poljakova made her debut in the biathlon world cup in 1993 at the pre-Olympic test competitions in Lillehammer . In her first race, she surprisingly finished fifth in the individual. Also in the following sprint she came 19th in the points. However, the Estonian could not maintain this level. Nevertheless, she was nominated for the 1994 Winter Olympics and used in Lillehammer in all three races. In the individual she was 53rd, in the sprint 56th and with Eveli Peterson and Krista Lepik in the season 12. After the games, she ended her active career.
