Elizaveta Sergeyevna Kruglikova ( Russian Елизавета Сергеевна Кругликова , French Elizabeth de Krouglicoff ; born January 19 . Jul / 31 January  1865 greg. In St. Petersburg , † 21st July 1941 in Leningrad ) was a Russian graphic artist and painter .

Life

Jelisaweta Kruglikowa's parents were Sergej Nikolajewitsch Kruglikow (1832-1910) and Olga Juljewna nee. Nejman (1836-1922). Her grandfather was the well-known draftsman and silhouette lover Nikolaj Alexandrowitsch Kruglikow (1788–1868).

Kruglikowa studied 1890–1895 as a guest student at the Moscow School of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture . 1895–1914 she lived in Paris , where she attended the Académie Vitti and the Académie Colarossi . 1909–1914 she held the course in etching at the La Pallette Academy . 1922–1929 she taught graphics at the Russian Art Academy in Leningrad .

Kruglikova's grave is located in the Volkovo Cemetery in the Literatorskije Mostki honorary section in St. Petersburg . Works by the artist can be found in the Maximilian Alexandrowitsch Voloshin Museum in Koktebel in the Crimea , in the Kaluga Oblast Art Museum and in the Rostov Oblast Museum of Performing Arts .
