Jenifer del Carmen Benítez Benítez (born October 18, 1988 in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria ) is a Spanish diver . She starts for the CN Salinas club in artificial jumping from the 1-meter and 3-meter board and in 3-meter synchronized jumping.

Benítez played her first international title fights at the Junior European Championships in 2006, where she achieved sixth place as the best result on the 3-meter board. Two years later she made her adult debut at the European Championships in Eindhoven . From the 3-meter board she reached the finals in the individual and with Leyre Eizaguirre in the synchronous competition, where she finished ninth and sixth. In the same year she qualified for the Olympic Games at the World Cup in Beijing . She started in the individual from the 3-meter board, but reached only 30th and last place in the preliminary fight. In 2011, Benítez played her first world championship in Shanghai , but retired there in both individual and synchronous competitions after the preliminary fight.
