Jennifer Martin (born November 16, 1992 in Florida , USA ) is a former American soccer player .

Career

As a player

Martin played soccer for the Gulf Coast Sharks (Gulf Coast High School) and the Barron Collier Cougars from 2007 to 2009. In 2011, when she began her studies, she played with the UCF Knights, the athletic team at the University of Central Florida .

On May 29, 2015 she moved to Germany to FF USV Jena , where she will play again with Karoline Heinze , with whom she already played in Florida. On August 29, 2015, she made her debut in an 8-0 defeat of her club FF USV Jena against VfL Wolfsburg . Martin came on when the score was 0: 4 in the 66th minute for Ivana Rudelic . After 15 games and one goal for USV Jena, she left Jena in the summer of 2016.

As a trainer

In addition to her active playing career, Martin works as a youth manager at B3CCS Clay County SC and youth coach at Orlando City SC.

Personal

Martin attended Gulf Coast High School in Naples, Florida from 2007 to 2009 and Barron Collier High School from 2009 to 2011. From 2011 to 2015, Martin studied Human performance technology (HPT) at the University of Central Florida .
