Jens Heckl

Jens Heckl (* 1967 ) is a German archivist , historian and mining expert.

After attending the archive school in Marburg and obtaining his doctorate in 1999, he worked at the State Archives of Saxony-Anhalt . Today he works in the North Rhine-Westphalia State Archives in the Westphalia department in Münster. He presented several publications on money and mining and is a member of the editorial board of the Geldgeschichtliche Nachrichten .
