Jeon Mi-seon (* December 7, 1970 - June 29, 2019 in Jeonju , South Korea ) was a South Korean actress and mainly through supporting roles in film and television such as in Memories of Murder (2003), Moon Embracing the Sun (2012 ) and Hide and Seek - No Escape (2013) known.
life and career
In 2006 she married the cameraman Park Sang-hun, whom she met while filming Love Is a Crazy Thing ( 연애 Yeonae , 2005) and with whom she had a son.
Most recently, she played the role of a mother in the television series He's Psychometric ( 사이 코메트 리 그 녀석 Saikometeuli geunyeoseon ), which ended on April 30, 2019, and alongside Song Kang-ho and Park Hae-il in the historical film The King's Letters , due to open in South Korean cinemas on July 24, 2019.
On June 29, 2019, she was found dead by police in a hotel room in Jeonju. Her manager reported her missing. The police assume a suicide . According to her manager, she is said to have been treated for depression . The police also said that Jeon had recently lost a family member and that her mother was seriously ill.
