criticism

The Appeals Commission of the Israeli Foreign Ministry received criticism after the committee voted Issacharoff in front of eight other candidates, most of whom speak German.

Due to a planned meeting of the German Foreign Minister Sigmar Gabriel with representatives of Shovrim Shtika (“Breaking the Silence”) and B'Tselem , Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu canceled a meeting with Gabriel.
