Jessica "Jessy" Salazar Valles (born September 21, 1995 in Guadalajara ) is a Mexican track cyclist who specializes in short-term disciplines.

In 2015, Jessy Salazar became three-time Mexican champion, in the 500-meter time trial , in the keirin and, together with Daniela Gaxiola, in the team sprint . In the same year she won two titles at the Pan-American track championships, in the time trial and with Gaxiola in the team sprint, and a bronze medal in the Keirin.

In 2016 Salazar became three-time Pan American champion. In the 500-meter time trial she set a new world record of 32.268 seconds in the Velodromo Bicentenario in Aguascalientes on October 7th .
