Jessica Zahedi
Jessica Zahedi (born August 1, 1978 in Heidelberg ) is a German television presenter and journalist with Iranian roots.
Life
Zahedi graduated from the Gutenberg-Gymnasium in Mainz in 1997 and studied political science from 2003 to 2007 at the University of Hagen (degree: Bachelor of Arts ). She later worked for Radio RPR and did an internship there from 1999 to 2001 . After working on an online TV project for 1. FC Kaiserslautern and as a reporter, she helped launch the bigFM youth wave in Rhineland-Palatinate in 2003 . In 2005 she went to Hamburg to work in advertising at Scholz & Friends . Then she came back to Mainz. Since 2006 she has been working in the editorial department of ZDF today .
Zahedi has two children (* 2012 and 2016).
