The county Jeungpyeong ( kor. : 증평군 , Jeungpyeong-gun ) is located in the province of Gyeongsangnam-do . The administrative headquarters are in Jeungpyeong-eup City. The district had an area of 81.8 km² and a population of 38,171 inhabitants in 2019.
Jeungpyeong County was established in 2003 from parts of Goesan .
