Yevgeny Igorewitsch Tarelkin ( Russian Евгений Игоревич Тарелкин , born December 29, 1974 in Pervomaiski , Chita Oblast , RSFSR ) is a former Russian cosmonaut .

Astronaut activity

Tarelkin was selected as a spaceman in October 2003 and completed his training from 2003 to 2005. He started on October 23, 2012 with Soyuz TMA-06M for the ISS and served there as a flight engineer for ISS expeditions 33 and 34 . On June 1, 2015, he resigned from the cosmonaut corps.
