The Jhimruk Khola ( Nepali झिमरुक खोला ) is a left tributary of the Rapti in Nepal .

The Jhimruk Khola has its source in the VDC Arkha in the Pyuthan district . The river flows through the Mahabharat chain in a predominantly southwestern direction. It mainly flows in the Pyuthan district. In the upper reaches of the Jhimruk Khola flows along the district boundary to Gulmi . The district capital Pyuthan lies on the middle reaches . In the lower reaches of the river in the Arghakhanchi district .

The Jhimruk Khola has a length of about 90 km.
