In 2007 he moved from his home club FC Kehlen to France to join the youth team at CS Sedan . He has been under contract with the F91 Dudelange since 2012 and was awarded to Jeunesse Esch during the winter break of the 2017/18 season. In the summer of 2019, he switched to the second division Swift Hesperingen .

Pedro made his debut for the Luxembourg national team on August 12, 2009 in a friendly against Lithuania when he came on as a substitute in the 76th minute. He played his second country game and his first competitive game for Luxembourg on September 9 in the World Cup qualifier against Israel .
