Joachim Casper (born July 1, 1959 in Mannheim ) is a former German ice hockey goalkeeper . He was a goalkeeper at the Mannheim ERC .
career
Casper played from 1978 to 1992 with a two-year break for a total of 12 years with the Mannheim ERC in the ice hockey Bundesliga . In the 1979/80 season he was with the team from Mannheim under coach Heinz Weisenbach German ice hockey champion . Over the years, Casper was mainly used as a substitute for Erich Weishaupt and Josef Schlickenrieder . In 1992 he ended his career, but three years later he played four more games for Adler Mannheim in the DEL .
