Joachim Renzikowski

Joachim Renzikowski (born April 5, 1961 in Erlangen ) is a German lawyer .

After studying law at the University of Erlangen (1st and 2nd Legal State Examination 1986 and 1989), he was in 1993 at the University of Tübingen with a dissertation on emergency and self-defense doctorate and he habilitated there 1,997th

Since 1998, Renzikowski has held the chair for criminal law and legal philosophy / legal theory at the Martin Luther University in Halle-Wittenberg. His research interests include norm theory , sexual criminal law , human trafficking and the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms .

Functions

Professor Renzikowski was the publisher of the Zeitschrift für Rechtssphilosophie (ZRph) until issue 2/2013 and has been the publisher of the journal Rechtsphilosophie - Zeitschrift für die fundamental des Rechts (RphZ) since January 2015 . He is also an advisory board member of the Jura Studium & Examen (JSE) magazine , for which he has also written several articles.
