Joanna Bacalso
Joanna Bacalso , real name Joanna Garel, (born August 10, 1976 in Cebu , Visayas ) is a Filipino - Canadian actress and former model .
Life
Bacalso was born on Cebu and moved to Toronto when she was eight years old. Her mother works there as a doctor. She started modeling at the age of 15, so she stopped playing football. She has lived and worked in Los Angeles since 1998 , where she lives with her husband Matthew Garel, a model, and their two children. Her son comes from a previous relationship and she has one child with her husband.
Although she mainly starred in US productions, she was in front of the camera in 1999 for the German television series Das Traumschiff in episode 34 entitled Tahiti .
