The Jochberg (Jochperg) family is a noble Graubünden family whose origin is unclear. It first appeared in Laax and Sagogn in the 15th century . Representatives of the family held various offices in the Gray Covenant . The family came to prosperity through service in the French army and through marriage to leading national families such as Rink von Baldenstein , Beeli von Belfort , Ninguarda, Mont , Marmels , Capol and Planta.
