Hans Joachim "Jochen" Aido (born March 27, 1947 in Germany ) is a former German football player. He completed a total of 198 regional league games from 1967 to 1974 in what was then the second division of the North Regional Football League for the clubs Phoenix Lübeck and Holstein Kiel , scoring 47 goals.
career
After being promoted to the Regionalliga Nord in the 1966/67 season, the attacker made his debut with the blue-white-reds from the stadium on Travemünder Allee on August 20, 1967 in a 2-1 away win against TuS Haste in the then regionally subdivided football structure -Bundesliga . Under coach Reinhold Ertel and at the side of teammates like Siegfried Beyer , Wolfgang Bordel , Jan-Peter Iden and Peter Nogly , the promoted team finished sixth in the table at the end of the 1967/68 round. Aido had played 26 league games and scored seven goals. Under coach Emil Iszo he scored eleven goals in 33 games in the 1970/71 season. He completed his last regional league game for Phoenix on May 14, 1972 in a 1-0 win against Arminia Hannover at the side of goalkeeper Gert Girschkowski and fellow striker Dieter Flamme . For the 1972/73 season he moved after 136 regional league appearances for Phoenix Lübeck with 36 goals to league rivals Holstein Kiel.
He played in defense for Holstein Kiel from July 1972 to June 1981. In the last two rounds of the old second-rate regional league system, 1972 to 1974, Aido completed 62 games for the "Störche" under coach Edgar "Edu" Preuss and scored eleven goals. Teammates included goalkeeper Klaus Hansen-Kohlmorgen, Siegmund Saborrosch, Rudolf Christiansen, Manfred Eichmann, Emil Kirchner, Manfred Medler and Lothar Kanieß. On the last matchday of the 1973/74 season, on May 5, he scored the goal of a 1-0 win at Göttingen 05. From 1974/75 to 1977/78 Aido played with Holstein Kiel in the amateur Oberliga Nord . After the rise in 1978 followed from 1978/79 to 1980/81 under the coaches Kuno Böge (1978/79), Arkoc Özcan , Gerhard Prokop , Helmut Richert and Heinz Stickel 105 appearances in the 2nd Bundesliga . For Holstein Kiel he played four games in the DFB Cup . He got a total of ten yellow cards in his entire football career and never a red card.
