Jochen Richter (born June 24, 1941 in Bohemia ) is a German film director , screenwriter and cameraman .
Life and professional stations
Jochen Richter studied theater studies in Munich , then made his first short films at the HFF Munich . At the same time he completed training as a cameraman.
