Jochen Wedegärtner

Jochen Wedegärtner (born December 17, 1942 in Berlin ; † July 29, 2013 in Munich ) was a German screenwriter and writer .

Career

Wedegärtner grew up in Bielefeld. After graduating from high school, he studied law and Slavic studies at the University of Göttingen . In 1974 he settled in Munich as a freelance writer. He wrote scripts for film and television, including the crime series Tatort , Der Alte and SOKO 5113 . From the 1980s he also wrote detective novels.
