Jody Scott

Jody Scott (real name Joann Margaret Huguelet Scott Wood ; born January 13, 1923 in Chicago , Illinois ; died December 24, 2007 in Seattle , Washington ) was an American writer.

Her SF parody Passing for Human was the first volume in a trilogy and was translated into German under the title Fast wie ein Mensch . The second volume I, Vampire , is about the love story of the female vampire O'Blivion ( oblivion "forgetting"), protagonist of the first volume, with the alien Benaroya. The third volume Devil-May-Care was only published posthumously in 2016.
