Joe Foreman
Joe Foreman (actually Joseph F. Foreman ; born May 19, 1935 in Toronto , † April 18, 1999 ) was a Canadian sprinter .
At the British Empire and Commonwealth Games in Vancouver in 1954 , he failed over 440 yards in the run and won silver with the Canadian 4-by-440-yard relay .
A year later, in 1955, he became the Canadian 100 yards and 220 yards.
Then he retired at the Olympic Games in Melbourne in 1956 over 200 m and in the 4 x 100 meter relay in the first round.
