Joel Henry Hildebrand Award
The Joel Henry Hildebrand Award in the Theoretical and Experimental Chemistry of Liquids has been presented annually since 1981 and since 1983 by the American Chemical Society for outstanding theoretical and experimental research results in the field of chemistry and physics of liquids . The award is named after Joel Henry Hildebrand , who was the first scientist to receive this award on the occasion of his 100th birthday in 1981. ExxonMobil Research and Engineering is currently sponsoring the award.
