As of 2013 Andersson was back under contract with his hometown club IF Troja-Ljungby , where he officially ended his career at the end of 2014 after numerous injuries over the years, to work as a police officer in Stockholm from 2015, where he was accepted at the Police Academy .

International

For Sweden , Andersson only took part in the 2004 U20 World Junior Championship in the junior division. In the senior sector, he was in his country's squad at the 2008 and 2009 World Championships . At the 2009 World Cup, he and his team won the bronze medal.
