Johann Daniel Klette
Johann Daniel Klette , also Klett (* May 8, 1632 in Suhl , † June 14, 1700 in Lübeck ) was a merchant and councilor of the Hanseatic city of Lübeck.
Life
The merchant Johann Daniel Klette, who immigrated to Lübeck from Thuringia, was a member of the Lübeck Schonenfahrer corporation . He was elected to the Lübeck Council in 1695 from their ranks. Two years after his death, his widow placed a wooden epitaph for him in the Marienkirche in Lübeck in 1702 , the structure of which was similar to the epitaph of the mayor Johann Siricius . It burned during the air raid on Lübeck in 1942.
