Johann Erwein Freiherr von Greiffenclau-Vollrads (also: Greiffenclau zu Vollrads ) (* 1663 at Schloss Vollrads ; † March 1, 1727 ) from the noble family Greiffenclau was burgrave of Friedberg and vice cathedral of the Rheingau .
Life
Johann Erwein von Greiffenclau-Vollrads was Imperial Court Councilor , Erbtruchseß of the Archbishopric Mainz , Vice in the Rheingau, Knight Captain of the Middle Rhine Imperial Knighthood and 1710 to 1727 Burgrave of Friedberg. He was particularly anxious to design the Vollrads Stammschloss.
