Johann Friedrich ( Frederik ) Nering Bögel, Mr. van de Bromel, Emerink en Ulft (born October 13, 1755 in Terborg, Oude IJsselstreek , † July 1, 1817 ) was a Dutch entrepreneur.

He came from a noble family with a military tradition. Like his father, he was therefore a captain in the army of the Republic of the Seven United Netherlands . His grandfather founded the ironworks in neighboring Ulft in 1754 .

In 1804 he acquired the Minerva hut in Isselburg, Prussia, from Leopold Wilhelm Schmölder . Since Nering Bögel was not loyal to the new ruler in the Kingdom of Holland , Louis Bonaparte , from the beginning , but looked at him from a critical distance, he was able to obtain orders from the Prussian army for the production of grapefruit ammunition in the Isselburger Hütte. In 1815 he leased the St. Michaelis hut in Bocholt in order to be able to improve his own balance sheet by eliminating competition.

When Johann Friedrich Nering Bögel died in 1817, the Minerva-Hütte was a renowned industrial company. His son Johann Nering Bögel succeeded him, followed by his son Gustav Nering Bögel.

In Isselburg, Nering-Bögel-Strasse is a reminder of the industrialist family.
