Johann Georg Beer (master builder)
Johann Georg Beer (born March 30, 1701 in Babenhausen ; † July 7, 1781 in Babenhausen) was a German architect and builder.
Live and act
Johann Georg Beer was the son of the mason Caspar Beer and Catharina Möst. He completed an apprenticeship as a bricklayer and later worked as a builder and architect.
On January 18, 1724 he married Maria Anna Ayrstock, with whom he had two sons (Rupert, * 1726, Joseph Anton, * 1741) and five daughters (Maria Catharina, * 1728, Maria Ursula, * 1731, Maria Franziska, * 1732, Maria Ursula, * 1737, Maria, * 1739) had. After the death of his wife, he married the widow Magdalene Brather on July 9, 1753.
