Johann George Besold
Johann George Besold (born December 21, 1580 in Tübingen ; † October 6, 1625 there ) was a German lawyer and private lawyer.
Life
His brother was the lawyer and constitutional lawyer Christoph Besold (1577–1638). Besold studied law at the University of Tübingen , where he received his doctorate in law in 1605. In 1621 he became a professor at the legal college in Tübingen. He wrote numerous smaller writings on private law in Württemberg, some of which were included in his older brother's collections.
The lawyer Martin Neuffer gave a funeral speech on his death, which was printed in Tübingen in 1626.
