Johann George Schütz , since July 10, 1803 Johann George von Schütz ; also Johann George of Sagittarius (* 22. October 1733 , another date October 22, 1736 in Berlin , † 25. November 1809 ) was a German official.

Life

Johann George von Schütz was the son of the master tailor Johann George Schütz (* 1702; † 1758) and his wife Maria Sophia (* 1714), a daughter of the sexton Johann George Matthes from Selchow.

He studied at the University of Frankfurt an der Oder and has been involved in the camera subject since 1768 .

On May 31, 1770 he became the secret expeditionary secretary in the forest, mining and Appointed the Hut Department of the General Directorate with the title of War Council.   • Eleonore Sophie Friederike von Schütz (* 1781), married to the merchant Pietsch;
  • Johann Georg Ferdinand von Schütz (* 1783 - May 31, 1845), secret councilor in Minden .

On the occasion of homage in Hildesheim , he was, with his sons on July 10, 1803 ennobled .
