Johann Klinkner

Johann Klinkner (born November 10, 1889 in Neunkirchen (Saar) , † January 13, 1972 in Kaiserslautern ) was a German miner and politician ( CDU ).

Life

Klinkner attended the Neunkirchen elementary school from 1904 to 1911 and the Hiltrup mission school (Westphalia) from 1912 to 1915. 1916–1917 he was a soldier in World War I and then until 1919 in French captivity. From 1920 to 1931 he was a miner in Neunkirchen and from 1932 managing director of the Raiffeisenkasse Glan-Münchweiler.

In the state elections in Rhineland-Palatinate in 1951 , he stood on a successor place and on November 1, 1953, replaced August Spies in the second state parliament of Rhineland-Palatinate , to which he was a member until the end of the 1955 electoral term. In the state parliament he was a member of the border region committee. From 1946 to 1956 he was mayor of Glan-Münchweiler , member of the district council and district committee Kusel and in 1954 a member of the 2nd Federal Assembly .
