Johann Koller
Johann Koller (born July 16, 1917 in Stadlern (Upper Palatinate); † January 11, 2013 in Cham ) was a German entrepreneur .
Koller founded Münchener Medizin Mechanik in 1954 and built it up into a leading supplier in the field of industrial and medical electronics. In 1964 he had a plant built in Stadlern (Upper Palatinate). In 1972 he took over the Küster-Hartmann company in Berlin . Between 1979 and 1988 he expanded the company into Switzerland , Austria and Denmark . In the 1990s, further subsidiaries were founded in Italy , the Netherlands and Russia . In 1992 he retired from the management.
His son Michael Koller (* 1950) had been with MMM since 1976 and was managing partner until 2012. He is still the majority shareholder of MMM and advises the company.
