Johann Martin Veith
Johann Martin Veith (born May 9, 1650 in Schaffhausen ; † April 14, 1717 there ) was a Swiss painter .
Life
Johann Martin Veith studied art for ten years in Rome and Venice , after which he went to Warsaw with Prince Radziwiłł , where he worked for two years. After his return to Schaffhausen he painted portraits of important people as well as scenes from mythology and history in the Venetian style.
