Johanna Holma

Johanna Holma (born January 15, 1985 in Umeå ) is a former Swedish biathlete .

Johanna Holma lives in Boden and starts for I 19IF . She has been practicing biathlon since 2002. Since 2004 she has been on the international stage for the first time at the Junior World Championships in Haute-Maurienne . As in the following year in Kontiolahti , a fifth relay rank was the best placement. In between, she competed in the Junior European Cup for one season. At the beginning of the 2005/06 season, Holma was used in Östersund for the first time in a relay (15th) and in a sprint (64th) in the Biathlon World Cup . In 2006 she won the silver medal in the individual at the Junior European Championships behind Pauline Macabies and was third in the sprint.

In the 2006/07 season, Holma started regularly in the World Cup. In Ruhpolding she won points for the first time as 28th in the sprint. The highlight of the season was her first start at the Biathlon World Championships 2007 in Antholz , where she was 42nd in the sprint.
