Johannes Drost (born June 22, 1880 in Rotterdam , † September 18, 1954 there ) was a Dutch swimmer.

He took part in the 1900 Olympic Games in Paris at the age of 19. In the 200-meter backstroke competition, after finishing second in the semi-finals, he took third place in the final and was able to secure the bronze medal behind Ernst Hoppenberg from Germany and Karl Ruberl from Austria. Drost was active for the Dutch swimming club Rotterdamse Zwemclub (RZC).
