Johannes Krell (documentary filmmaker)
Johannes Krell (born September 17, 1982 in Halle (Saale) ) is a German documentary filmmaker (director, screenplay, camera, editor) and sound designer .
Life
Krell studied audiovisual media / camera at the Beuth University of Applied Sciences in Berlin . He has been working as a freelance cameraman, film editor and sound designer since 2008 . He completed his postgraduate studies in “Media Arts” at the Art Academy for Media Cologne in 2018. As a participant in the short film competition of the Berlinale, he and Florian Fischer won the Golden Bear for Best Short Film 2019.
