Johannes Pohlmann

Johannes Pohlmann (born December 6, 1901 in Rheda , † March 14, 1975 in Kamen ) was a German politician and member of the state parliament of the CDU and the German Center Party .

Life and work

After attending elementary school and business school , he completed a commercial apprenticeship and worked as a commercial employee, authorized signatory and general agent.

From 1920 to 1933 Pohlmann was a member of the center. After the Second World War he was one of the founders of the CDU in Rheda and was mayor there from 1946 to 1952 . He was also a member of the Wiedenbrück district council .

From April 20, 1947 to June 17, 1950, Pohlmann was a member of the state parliament of North Rhine-Westphalia . He was directly elected in constituency 136 Wiedenbrück.
