John Andrew Fleming is a British trance - DJ and -producer from Worthing . He is known as John '00' Fleming . His style is mainly Goa and Psytrance .

Life

John Fleming started his musical career at the age of 15 when his headmaster asked him to play music for a school party. As a result, he soon became a resident DJ in a local club, where he played alongside well-known names such as Carl Cox , Fabio and Grooverider .

In 1990, at the age of 20, Fleming was diagnosed with lung cancer. In the following two years he went under chemotherapy and then he moved to Florida for health improvement, where he also played regularly as a DJ in Miami and the US East Coast. A year later he returned to the UK.

With the single "Lost in Emotion" Fleming had a first chart success in 1999 in the British single charts . The single was also released with a vocal mix by Angelic .

Fleming has its own label called J00F Recordings and a monthly radio show - 200 programs have been broadcast as Global Trance Grooves , and since 2020 as J00F RADIO .

Since 2004 he has been working with Ricky Smith (also known as The Digital Blonde ) on the trance project 00.db. His debut album Nine Lives was finally released in August 2011 .
