John Aylward
John Aylward (born November 7, 1946 in Seattle , Washington ) is an American actor .
John Aylward studied acting at the University of Washington until 1971 . He then became a permanent member of the Seattle Repertory Theater . From the mid-1980s onwards there were more and more roles in film and television. Well-known roles are those of Dr. Donald Anspaugh in the hospital series Emergency Room from 1996 or the character Barry Goodwin in the series The West Wing - In the Center of Power from 2005.
In total he participated in over 90 productions.
