John Bliss (born October 8, 1930 in Peoria , Illinois , † February 28, 2008 in Glendale , California ) was an American actor who became known for the role of principal Pal in the series Ned's Ultimate School Madness .

Life

Bliss was born in Peoria , Illinois in 1930 . As a child, he followed his parents on stage. He played the role of Mr. Pickering from the television series Die Welt and Andy Richter . He also made a guest appearance on the Mini-Max series . Bliss died of an aortic aneurysm at the age of 77 .
