John Bradley-West
John Bradley West (born 1988 in Wythenshawe , Lancashire ) is a British actor .
career
Bradley grew up in the Wythenshawe area near Manchester , where he attended St Paul's RC High School. He then attended Loreto College in Hulme . Bradley then studied acting at the Manchester Metropolitan School of Theater and graduated in 2010.
Bradley was able to achieve a first success with the role of Cardinal Giovanni de 'Medici , which he embodied in the television series Borgia in several episodes. From 2011 to 2019, he starred in the HBO fantasy series Game of Thrones in the role of Samwell Tarly , for which he was cast before his graduation ceremony. He had his first leading role in a movie in 2015 as Vernon Stynes in the thriller Traders .
