John Ross (writer)

John Ross (born March 11, 1938 - January 17, 2011 ) was an American activist, writer and journalist .

Ross reported first about the revolution of the Zapatistas in Mexico. In 1995 he won the American Book Award for his book Rebellion from the Roots .
